A customer could not be visited, video calls were difficult due to site access limitations and language barrier. A set of illustrations helped crossing the language barrier. Precise instructions ensured reaching expected results. Application Notes moved the project forward significantly.
As part of an onsite training class at the customer site, a set of application notes were drafted and used to train local reps and customer staff. Later, the drafts were added to the manufacturer's documentation and used for future customers.
