We will need a complete list of site requirements and industry standards to need to be fulfilled for the installation site.
A semiconductor tool needed installation in a fab. Several SEMI standards needed to be considered, several connections like: Nitrogen, Pressured air, et al. were needed. The tool got installed on a floating floor which required weight considerations. The tool was installed in a class 100 environment, the loading ports though in a class 1000 environment. Correct mechanical drawings needed to be supplied for that to work.
