Asian reps and customers visited the manufacturer in the US West coast for an FAT. The program and tests were discussed and agreed upon. The tests were run and reports for upper management of all parties were compiled. Our guests were treated to restaurants and a boat trip on a nearby lake for entertainment and socializing. The tests were accepted and the tool was ready to ship within 2 weeks.
