The customer of a quality measurement tool required a custom sample chuck for their wafers that included rotation. A C# add on got programmed to interact with the current software to provide the required rotation. Statistics and rotational data gets stored in an easy to read and analyze file format.
The maker of a solar cell measurement station requested a control software for their solar cell measurement tool. The software using C# was implemented streaming Analog IO, Digital IO, an IR camera, wafer chuck control and synchronization with the wafer transport system.
