A tool that got introduced in a chain of several measurement equipment experienced software stalls of about 2 secs. It turned out that a KVM switch used to share screen and keyboard was not compatible. Tests at the manufacturer never failed due to not using this KVM switch. After problem got fixed, tool was ready for sign off tests.
